Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We get pizza here once a week every week. It's our one treat. This week we decided to try the monkey bread. We had never tried it before. I brought it home and saw they had forgotten to give us the cream cheese frosting it's supposed to be topped with. So I drove back over and they said "unfortunately we are out." They didn't tell me that when I picked it up, I wouldn't have gotten it. I wouldn't have paid full price for only part of the product. It just seems like common courtesy to TELL ME my items I paid for are missing a piece. We love their pizza, but I am annoyed. I got some store bought frosting.

Pizza is quite good, but that's where the stars end. I recently tried the "monkey bread" and it was horrible. In the picture it looks like little balls of bread to be pulled apart, but in actuality, it was a giant dough clump that was extremely ugly looking and not enjoyable. Also, tonight I walked in to no verbal greeting, or even a head lifted to see I've entered. When I got to the counter to order I started to speak and after my second word into my sentence the employee cut me off and started saying stuff to me. It was unbelievably rude, especially since she had no idea what I was going to ask or say. This led to me retrieving my pizza and the girl barely put ingredients on it that I asked for. Sad day for this store when normally the employees make me feel taken care of. As long at that girl works there, I'll walk to city market to get my pizza.

We order each week on Tuesday and live the pizza but sometime we have staff that are a little rude to us but it is a Tuesday and they are busy. We always double check the pizzas because we have had many times missing toppings. I love the take and bake part of this company because it is nice and fresh at home.

32 rd Papa Murphy's has always given me good service, and the pizzas are consistently well prepared. Once in a while, you might get a worker that seems less enthusiastic, but overall, my experience has been positive.

They are consistent on their pizza. Thin crust and flavorful. They offer specials frequently. Friday is $5 pizza one toping and cheese. But its great!
